Please use the "Inner Source Health" buzzer to enter the waiting room. When inside, please have a seat in the waiting area near the entrance and someone will be with you in a few minutes.

The closest subway stops are the 1,2,3 lines at Penn Station (33rd St & 7th Ave), the 1 line station at 28th and 7th; the B,D,F,M lines which stop at 34th St and 6th Avenue or the N and R lines at 28th Street and Broadway. The closest parking lot is the Metropolitan Parking Association at 350 7th Avenue (between 29th and 30th). During the weekdays (before 6PM), parking the car in a lot is advisable.

Driving east on Main St., turn LEFT onto Stewart Ave. This office is on the street level, with ample parking behind building and across the street. Currently, handicap accessibility is not available. We are in the same building as Complete Physique Gym.
